Network Shutdown tool is utility for Windows that allows you manage the computer power state over a network.

- automatic remote shutdown all PCs in the your domain by schedule (after office hours)
- automatic wakeup all PCs in the your domain (before office hours)
So, we have a Windows Server (Domain Controller in a domain, DNS).
You can download Network Shutdown Tool.
Install Network Shutdown in your server. Then you can create task.
- Launch Network Shutdown. The main window will be shown. Click the Remote tab.

- Then click the Create new button. The Task window will be shown.

- In this window you can select Action Shutdown and add Comment for this task. Then press the Next button.
- The Remote window will be shown. You can use IP scanner for quick search PCs in your network.

- Press the next button. The Schedule window will be shown. You can schedule shutdown to run at a time that is most convenient for you.

- Press the Next button. To add task click Finish button. That's all.
